How to Reduce Calories from Your Diet

• Use a non stick pan that doesn’t need oil. Cook at a lower heat and this does a lot better.
• Fresh fruits are always best but if you do buy canned fruits drain off the juice because of all the sugars and calories that is added.
• Rinse off all grease from hamburger meat and stew meat.
• Drink fat free milk instead of whole milk.
• Remove all skin on all poultry and trim off all the fat from every other kind of meat also.
• Remove all fats that are left over as your food is cooking and afterwards also.
